Laboratory Development

Comprehensive Testing and Complete Documentation
Once the prototype is approved, we take care of all formal and regulatory requirements. We conduct rigorous safety testing and prepare the complete documentation.

Dermatology: Patch testing on 20 participants under the supervision of a dermatologist.

Preparation of the PIF (Product Information File) Documentation and Safety Report
Preservative Efficacy Test: Evaluates the effectiveness of the product’s preservation system and its protection against the following bacteria and fungi: Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans and Aspergillus brasiliensis.

Preparation of Production Batches and Final Approval
We begin preparing the production batches. Before the final filling process, you will receive a physical sample taken directly from the main production batch. This is the stage for your final approval.

Production and Packaging
Once you give us the green light, we start production. We take care of professional packaging and labelling. Finally, we register your finished product with the European CPNP portal. Your own cosmetics brand is ready to enter the market!
